Why FixIt?

FixIt was initiated by the Code+ program with the goal of facilitating issue reporting at Duke University. The current issue reporting process is overly convoluted, and communication between the senders and receivers of tickets is flawed, which can be frustrating for both sides.

That's where FixIt comes in! FixIt is a centralized issue reporting platform. Instead of you yourself having to go through the hassle of navigating countless websites, forms, and contact information to resolve even the simplest issue, you can visit just one site, and we do all the rerouting for you. To address the lack of communication, we also display your entire ticket history and their statuses.
