This includes computer hardware issues, software issues, and network issues!

Buildings is responsible for any issues related to buildings on campus.

This includes residence halls, lecture halls, and libraries.

Outdoors & grounds is responsible for any issues related to the physical grounds of campus.

This includes sidewalks, the grass on the quads, and pavement.

Parking & transport is responsible for any issues related to vehicles and transportation.

This includes parking permits, campus buses, and visitor parking.

DukeCard is responsible for any issues related to your Duke card.

This includes your card not being read properly for laundry/vending machines, a wireless lock, or if it's lost.
